Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our studio at Via della Fiera 35, Castello di Brianza (LC), Italy.
Each piece is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the contents of your order. The final amount is always shown before you confirm your payment.

Order processing and delivery times

Orders are processed the day after purchase.
Estimated delivery times are indicated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Studio Pepa is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
If a package is returned due to an address error, any additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Customs duties and taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Any such fees must be paid upon delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package.
