Studio Pepa is a family-run ceramics studio based in Lecco, on the shores of Lake Como, Italy.

We create a space where time flow slowly, where every moment is cherished, and where the simple act of creating brings us closer to what truly matters. Each creation is a reflection of the natural materials and rural objects that inspire us, reminding a world where time slows down and moments are savored.

I'm Giorgia Fagà, born in Siracusa, Sicily. After studying fashion photography across Pisa, Rome, and Madrid, I craved a slower, more intentional life that would reconnect me with myself.

My ceramics journey began unexpectedly after my first daughter's birth. Seeking a creative outlet that encouraged reflection and hands-on creation, what started as personal exploration naturally evolved into Studio Pepa, almost like magic.

OUR CRAFT

Handmade with care

We create handmade ceramic pieces that are as unique as the landscapes around us. Our work includes both tableware and useful objects, as well as vases and small sculptures. Every piece is crafted entirely by hand, ensuring no two are ever the same. Nothing is mass-produced, and every detail is done with attention and patience.

Slight differences in form or glaze are part of the work. They are not flaws but signs of the piece being handmade.

Between clay and countryside, the rhythm of our days flows quietly: hands shaping at the wheel, light moving across the room, animals wandering outside.

Where we work

Studio Pepa is set in the quiet countryside between Milan and Lecco, where every corner and tool plays a role in the creative process. We prepare our own clay and glazes, shaping each piece with care. Alongside our ceramic work, we host small workshops with breakfast, inviting guests to experience the hands-on process of making ceramics in an intimate and welcoming setting.

Surrounded by nature and silence, the studio is a space for reflection and inspiration. Its peaceful rhythm encourages us to slow down, dream, and create with intention.
